My areas of focus include trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorders, OCD, and grief—including disenfranchised grief such as pet or relationship loss. I take a holistic, client-centered approach, combining evidence-based therapies with a deep respect for your unique experience. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, mindfulness practices, and strategies informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Each session is collaborative and paced for your comfort, supporting healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.
